This is hilarious… now that Terra Firma have their hands on EMI one of the first things they’ve done is to put the company’s ‘corporate flat’ up for sale. Maybe they should have waited until they get their first DJ Download royalty statement at the beginning of next year, now that they’ve struck a deal with DJDownload to be another EMI DRM-free outlet.
